Knee Pain and other joint and body pain responds well to this remedy .  Add a spoonful of fenugreek seeds (Methi) to a glass of warm water. Let it stand overnight and drink it the next morning, on empty stomach, also eat the seeds. The concoction is to be drunk while sitting and is to be taken daily for three months.


A 1/4 or 1/2 spoon of Turmeric powder dissolved in warm water with a pinch of blackpepper powder and drunk every morning has many beneficial effects.
